When you close your dhx4d account, the following processes will take place automatically: Data that is not required for legal or operational purposes will be deleted within 90 days of the account closure date. Identity information and financial transaction records will be retained for the period required under Malaysian law — typically 6 to 7 years — after which the data will be permanently deleted. Any marketing data and communication preferences will be deleted immediately. Account records are retained to ensure you cannot re-register a new account using the same information within a specified period where there are security grounds for doing so.
