DHX4D Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

Age Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age. dhx4d conducts periodic age verification checks and may request identity documents at any time. Registration by individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Any account confirmed to belong to a minor will be terminated immediately and all balances forfeited without compensation.

Nationality and Location

Dhx4d's services are offered to individuals residing in Malaysia. Accessing this platform from regions where online gambling or betting is prohibited is entirely at the user's own risk. dhx4d is not responsible if your use of the platform from a particular location violates your local laws.

Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt, are subject to a court-imposed gambling restriction, or have applied for self-exclusion from dhx4d are not eligible to use this platform.

One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active dhx4d account at any time. This applies to members sharing the same household, IP address, device, or payment method. dhx4d employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dhx4d account password.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 for all payment methods accepted by dhx4d.
• Deposit funds are credited to your dhx4d account instantly upon payment confirmation.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• If you have not placed any bets using your deposit, dhx4d reserves the right to decline the withdrawal or apply a processing fee.

Rollover Requirements (Wagering)

All bonuses credited to your dhx4d account must be wagered in accordance with the applicable rollover requirements before any withdrawal from a bonus-containing balance is permitted. dhx4d's standard rollover requirement ranges from 5x to 20x, depending on the bonus type. Bonus Validity Period

Technical Disruptions

Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical or software error resulting in an incorrect payout — whether higher or lower than it should be — dhx4d reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the relevant account balance to the accurate amount. dhx4d is not obligated to honour winnings that resulted from an obvious technical error.

Bet Acceptance & Confirmation

• All Sports Betting wagers must be confirmed by the dhx4d system to be considered valid. Unconfirmed bets will not be counted.
• Dhx4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without stating a reason, particularly where there is evidence of abuse or odds arbitrage.
• Bets accepted before an event begins remain valid even if the odds change afterwards.
• For In-Play markets (bets placed during a live event), wagers are subject to real-time confirmation and may take a few seconds to process.

Event Cancellations and Outcomes

• If an event is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets placed on events that are abandoned or cancelled outright will be refunded.
• Official results announced by the relevant sports body or league are final for the purpose of settling dhx4d bets.

Prohibited Conduct

• Registering or using more than one dhx4d account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Using bots, automation software, hacking tools, or any other technical means to exploit the dhx4d platform.
• Colluding with other players to exploit games, particularly in poker or table games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the dhx4d platform.
• Using a stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment method to make a deposit.
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or using inappropriate language toward other members or dhx4d staff.
• Spreading false information or making defamatory statements about dhx4d to the public.

Grounds for Suspension or Termination

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, system exploitation, or any unlawful activity.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the member.
• Death of a member (the account will be settled with the lawful next of kin in accordance with the established procedure).
• A court order or directive from a relevant authority.
• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age.

Account Balance Upon Termination

If an account is terminated for reasons unrelated to fraud or a breach of Terms, any valid balance remaining in your account will be returned within a reasonable timeframe upon completion of the review process. If termination is due to a breach of Terms, dhx4d reserves the right to forfeit the full account balance, including any winnings associated with the violating activity.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. The language used in any legal proceedings shall be Bahasa Melayu or English. These Terms do not affect any mandatory consumer rights you hold under applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws.
