DHX4D Login – Access Your Account Now

Generally, dhx4d allows logins from different devices — for example, you can alternate between your smartphone and tablet to access the same dhx4d account. However, for security purposes, simultaneous active logins from more than two devices at the same time may require additional verification. If you receive an unexpected verification request, it means dhx4d's system has detected unusual activity and is protecting your account. Contact dhx4d support if this happens without any clear reason.

Your dhx4d login session will automatically expire after a period of inactivity — typically 30 minutes without any activity on the platform. This is a security feature designed to protect your account if you forget to log out, particularly when using a shared device. If you select the "Remember me" option when logging in with your password, your device will store your login details for convenience — though you will still need to re-verify your identity for sensitive actions such as withdrawals. For maximum security, always log out of your dhx4d account when you are done playing.

If you have changed your Malaysian phone number, update it in your dhx4d account before your old number is deactivated — as your phone number is used for OTP login verification and account security. Log in to your dhx4d account using your password, go to Account Settings, and select "Update Phone Number". You will be asked to verify your identity through an additional verification step before the change is saved. If your old number is already inactive and you are unable to log in, contact dhx4d support via live chat or email support@dhx4d.my with your identification details to get assistance updating your account securely.

When you select "Remember me" while logging in to dhx4d, our platform stores a secure session token in your device's browser — not your actual password in plain text. This token is used to identify you automatically on your next visit to dhx4d.my from the same device, so you do not need to enter your username and password every time. The token is encrypted and has a limited validity period. It will be deleted automatically when you manually log out, when you clear your browser data, or when the token expires. For maximum security, do not use the "Remember me" feature on devices shared with others.

If you suspect your dhx4d account has been accessed without authorisation, or if you simply want to log out of all devices at once for security, log in to your dhx4d account and go to Account Settings, then select the "Log Out of All Devices" option. This will terminate all active sessions simultaneously — including any devices that may be in use by someone else. After that, change your password and enable OTP login as an additional security measure. For more serious cases where you suspect fraud, contact dhx4d support immediately via live chat for more comprehensive follow-up action.
